We recommend changing pads every 2–3 hours, or sooner if they become saturated, to stay fresh and comfortable. Tampons should be changed every 4–8 hours—never longer than 8 hours—to lower the risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS). Pads don’t carry the risk of TSS, but they should still be changed regularly for your comfort and health.

Managing your diaper order has never been so easy! *Recipients of Gift a Subscription do not yet have the ability to modify orders via text.
